Miss Upper Valley

Yeah! My little sister, Haylee, competed in the Miss Rexburg & Miss Upper Valley pageant last night, & won Miss Upper Valley! She only wanted to win 1st runner up, but she obviously won the judges over, because she was the last one crowned, & won Miss Upper Valley! The next step is Miss Idaho pageant in June (15-16), (it is Miss Idaho for the Miss America Pageant!) Go Haylee!!!!
